What does BNF mean? Does BNF not come with a radio controller?

Does bind and fly mean it does not come with a radio controller?

BNF stands for Bind N Fly.
That is correct BNF does not inlcude the transmitter.
thanks. I am a beginner. I have some prctice with a blade small helicopter that only flys inside. Will this Zeyrok fly outside or is it really meant for inside

It will handle some outdoor flying I would not fly it out doors in heavier winds.
Do you have a recommendation for one that would be better with a small amount of breeze?

I would recommend something like the 180 QX or the Inductrix 200.
