Yes, this battery would fit into that chassis, but it is a bit small for that application, it would not provide very much run time.
what battery would you suggest I use, because the battery will also power led lights too

I would recommend something in the 7.4v but a higher mAh, I'd say something in the 4000mAh range.

this battery is prewired with a Ec3 connector right?

This one and the one you has showed me were both prewired, but with the Traxxas style connector, if you are needing an EC3 version I can provide you with a link to that style instead.

perfect, what is the run time on this battery?

You would be looking at rought 25/30 mins, dependng on the exact model and of course how hard you were running the vehicle as well.
