How to mount a vs1100 camera on a 200qx quad?

hi, someone suggested to my wife to by the blade 200qx quad copter with the vs1100 fpv glasses. They did not suggest a remote or a way to mount the camera from the fpv onto the quad.
can you suggest
1. a remote
2. how to mount the vs1100 camera on the quad

thank you, one more question please should i buy a seperate battery, for the camera? the plug in for the camera is smaller then the quad provided port.
