I'm sorry its a 29 not a 32.
We have the Zelos 48 as well. this one is one of the larger boats we have.
I prefer to select a boat larger than 29" but like the known stability of the Cat. Also, I am concerned with all exposed parts in hull. Are there any larger models to consider which try to water proof the inside hull?

Yes most all of them have a seal around the canopy as well as you can seal them with tape for extra protection.
What larger models are designed to upright itself in the event it flips over?

We only have smaller models that do that nothing over 30inches will do that.
So, the Impulse will not upright if flipped over? Do you supply all models part replacements when needed?

Correct that does not have a self righting hull. Yes we do sell all replacement parts for these boats.
If the Impulse is stopped in water, will water seep into the hull through propeller shaft hole or anywhere else in hull? Also, if the Impulse flipps over, will it fill hull with water within a short time before recovery?

No the propeller shaft tube is greased so it will keep the water out. Yes if it flips you will have plenty of time to go get it.
