how long does the battery for the rocker f1 hydroplane take to charge from completely dead to a full charge?

Normally under 1 hour - But it completely dead, it may be n/g and never charge again
not dead like not enough electricity left to power the boat

why does the charger only come with a car charge
and if I accidently short circuited the charger will it no longer work

AC chargers are optional. There is a fuse you may be able to replace
how should I replace the fuse and where could I get the ac charger

I would take apart the charger and see what fuse it uses, then obtain locally from a hardware store
