Hi, i am trying to decide between the Radian Pro and this Radian Basic. I am leaning towards the Basic due to how people say it has great flying characteristics. But I also like the complexity of the Pro with the ailerons and flaps. I have been flying for many years and I just want something relaxing to fly for hours.

I personally would say the Pro, as it offers more room to grow, you can use the flpas and ailerons if and when you want or you can just simple leave them alone.
But at the end they will be there when you decide to make that step.
Both fly really well and offer about the same flight times.
Yes that does sound like a good idea.
